The terms are important to both you and us because they describe what we expect from each other. They also provide you with useful information. We keep these terms of use up to date and change them when necessary, so we ask you to read the terms carefully before making a purchase, as the latest version applies. If you have any questions or concerns, you are of course always welcome to contact us.
OnDeMove develops products for people with mild to moderate hearing loss. If you have a more severe hearing loss, you are encouraged to contact a hearing care professional.
The terms of sale apply to end consumers when selling online from the company's website www.ondemove.se. When selling in physical stores, other terms of purchase apply.
Sales via the webshop are only made to consumers within Sweden.
The terms and conditions may change. However, the terms and conditions that apply when you place your order are the ones that apply to the purchase.
Should any offer from OnDeMove be limited in time, the terms and conditions of that offer are explicitly stated.
Please check that your contact information is correct. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your address and other information are up to date and correct. Therefore, be careful to ensure that both your first and last name, street address and apartment/house number match what is stated on your mailbox/inbox. You can read about how we process your personal data in our privacy policy.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, it will be indicated next to the item and the purchase cannot be made in the webshop until the item is back in stock. OnDeMove reserves the right to any errors in price, product or stock information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any errors, the OnDeMove the right to correct this afterwards. Should this occur, we will of course contact you and try to resolve it in the best way possible.
If you have cancelled your order, i.e. you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, after the package has been sent from us, you must still receive the package and send it back to us, otherwise it will be registered as an unclaimed package.
Refunds are made via our partner Klarna. Refunds are made in different ways depending on how you as a customer have paid.
Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam filter, as it is possible that emails are accidentally placed there. If the confirmation still does not appear, please contact us at info@ondemove.seWe recommend that you save the order confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also serves as your proof that you have completed the purchase.
In order to make a purchase through the website, you must accept the terms and conditions. By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to abide by them and acknowledge that you have read the information about personal data in our privacy policy.
Payment is made via our partner Klarna AB (“Klarna”), corporate registration number 556737-0431. Klarna Payment offers the following payment options: invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment.
In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal data in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to customize them for you. Your shared personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's own data protection information.
The information you need to provide to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly by Klarna, but only when necessary depending on which payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. After you have been identified, Klarna shows which options are available to you as a customer.
Invoices are sent via email when the order is sent from the webshop.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible after it has entered our system. We aim to ship it within 1-5 business days of receiving your order. We ship packages on all weekdays, Monday to Friday. All packages from OnDeMove is shipped free of charge with Postnord within Sweden. Postnord normally has a delivery time of 1-3 working days for smaller shipments. For deliveries to Gotland or Norrland, an additional day may be added.
In the event of any transport damage, please report this to the carrier or agent.
Delivery terms: Free customer (free shipping)
This delivery condition means that OnDeMove is responsible for the package all the way until you, the customer, have it in your hand.
In the event of a faulty delivery, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 days, if there is something wrong with your order. Any replacement delivery will be free of charge.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us by email. info@ondemove.se or call + 46 35-777 18 01 (weekdays excluding holidays 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.).
Your package will remain with the agent for a number of days, the number of days depends on who you choose as the carrier. When the shipment reaches the agent, a notification will be sent to you via text message or post. If your contact details turn out to be incorrect or if for any other reason you do not redeem the package within this time, it will be sent back to us. In that case, we will need to charge you a fee for return shipping and handling costs.
Fee for unclaimed package: 200 SEK
OnDeMove has a warranty period of 2 years.
If your item deteriorates during this warranty period, OnDeMove yourself by doing one of the following:
• to repair the item
• to offer you another product
• to make a deduction from the price
• to take back the goods and give the money back
The warranty does not always apply. The warranty does not apply if you have been negligent. In the following cases, you cannot claim that the warranty applies:
• an accident after you have received the goods
• in case of neglect
• abnormal use
The company's two-year warranty does not affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Sales Act.

If you are returning your product, please include a copy of the return slip, invoice, order confirmation, purchase receipt or bank statement as proof of your purchase. We prefer that you send the package in its original packaging.
Delay
If your delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
A complaint should be made immediately after the defect has been discovered. You can reach us by phone weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM or email us and we will respond as soon as we can.
In the event of a complaint, you as the customer pay the shipping cost for the package to OnDeMoveAfter work done with us, OnDeMove for the shipping cost back to you as the customer.
In the event of a complaint, we will, if possible, repair your product or replace it with a new, identical or equivalent product.
Do you have a complaint or do you need to talk to us?
We are always happy to talk to our customers. If you are not satisfied with something, we would be grateful if you would contact us directly. Hopefully we can help you, while giving us an opportunity to improve going forward.
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a purchase under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. OnDeMove applies a 30-day right of withdrawal.
Please note, however, that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that relate to a product that, with a broken seal, cannot be appropriately returned due to health or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken by the consumer (read more under "Open purchase").

Open purchase is usually not offered due to health and hygiene reasons when it comes to in-ear products (cf. Chapter 2, Section 11, Section 5, Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises). However, we know that it is important to try out your hearing aid and therefore offer open purchase even if the packaging is broken. When returning broken packaging, we will OnDeMove will deduct a depreciation deduction of SEK 450 before our payment partner Klarna makes a refund to you. The depreciation deduction replaces OnDeMove for the parts that need to be replaced, restoration, administration and return shipping within Sweden.
If the returned item has more wear than normal within 30 days, OnDeMove a depreciation deduction that depends on the degree of wear and tear.
The shipping cost for returns is included in the depreciation deduction and a return shipping label is provided by OnDeMove only for returns within Sweden and for customers with a Swedish delivery address. When returning from another country, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any costs associated with the return.
If you would like to change anything in your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@ondemove.se or call us at + 46 35-777 18 01. However, we cannot guarantee that we can implement the change in your order because we pack and ship your order as soon as we can. If your order has already been shipped, you may instead exercise your right of withdrawal.
When returning, the item must be returned within the 30-day timeframe with all associated parts in its original packaging and well packaged to withstand shipping. 30 days begin counting from the date of receipt of the delivery.

After you have notified OnDeMove If you wish to return your item, you must send it back within 7 days. You are responsible for any damage during return shipping caused by poor packaging of the product.
OnDeMove shall be exempt from damages and other penalties if the fulfillment of the agreement is prevented, hindered or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control. Such as, among other things, government intervention, new/changed legislation, failure to obtain permits, war, fire, flood, labor market disruptions, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, unfavorable transport or weather conditions or failure to deliver from subcontractors, and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
OnDeMove will try to the greatest extent possible to resolve any disagreements that arise between you as a customer and us as a company. In cases where we are unsuccessful, you as a customer can report your matter to the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN). www.arn.se
OnDeMove undertakes to comply with ARN's decision.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and law.
