Do this
- 1. Make sure Tyr is charged.
- 2. Place Tyr on your chest, using the necklace or clip on the back.
- 3. Plug the headphones into the connector on the top of Tyr.
- 4. Then place the headphones firmly in your ears.
- 5. Start Tyr by pulling the slider up on the right side of the device.
- 6. Press the plus button to increase the level to the desired level or the minus button if it is too high.
- 7. Change program by pressing the top button. Tones indicating which program is selected will be heard: 1, 2 or 3 tones.
- 8. To turn off TYR again use the slider on the right side of the device and pull it down.
